For the SAHS Biennial Congress 2026, the theme is: \u201cLifecourse Perspective on Hypertension: Emerging Technologies and Evolving Therapies.\u201d Researchers are encouraged to submit work that aligns with this theme and contributes to advancing knowledge, innovation, and clinical practice in hypertension across the Lifecourse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CATEGORIES FOR SUBMISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Students &#8211; Currently enrolled postgraduate students<\/li>\n<li>Researchers\/Clinicians &#8211; Early, mid &amp; senior career<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>SCIENCE THEME<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Basic<\/li>\n<li>Clinical<\/li>\n<li>Population<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction \u2013 Maximum 100 Words<\/li>\n<li>Methods \u00a0&#8211; Maximum 200 Words<\/li>\n<li>Results \u2013 Maximum 100 Words<\/li>\n<li>Conclusion \u2013 Maximium \u00a0100 Words<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-659-0-0-3\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"3\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p><strong>IMPORTANT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An individual can present a maximum of <strong>2 abstracts<\/strong> at the SAHS 2026 congress.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of abstracts of previously published work is not allowed. If the data presented are additional to a published study, the data may be submitted.<\/li>\n<li>Investigators will receive notification via email regarding the acceptance of their abstracts for presentation at the congress.<\/li>\n<li>All abstract presenters must register for the congress. Registration must be completed before 2 August 2026 (pending abstract acceptance). Otherwise, the abstract will not be included in the Abstract Book or be eligible to be presented at the congress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate. Neither SAHS nor CVJA will assume responsibility for any inaccuracies in the submissions or personal information.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SAHS Investigator Oral And Poster Award<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The SAHS will award the investigator judged to have given the best score oral or poster presentation at the congress.
