In this study, we evaluated the results of both techniques in adult patients with PAPVR.                                                                                                                    \r\n                <br \/>                                                                                                                            \r\n                                                                                                                                                \r\n        <strong>Methods:<\/strong>                                                                                                    \r\n                                                                                                                                                    \r\n        We reviewed the records of 29 patients treated for PAPVR in two groups, according to which surgical technique was used.                                                                                                                    \r\n                <br \/>                                                                                                                            \r\n                                                                                                                                                \r\n        <strong>Results:<\/strong>                                                                                                    \r\n                                                                                                                                                    \r\n        Double- and single-patch repair techniques were performed in 12 (group 1) and 17 patients (group 2), respectively. In group 2, three patients with a distance of more than 10 mm between the ostium of the anomalous pulmonary vein and the cava\u2013atrial junction needed surgical re-intervention because of superior vena cava stenosis.
