first case report showing percutaneous transcatheter closure of a
tricuspid PVL using an ADO II device.
Conclusion
Haemodynamically important PVLs after any valve replacement
may be closed percutaneously using an ADO II. Percutaneous
transcatheter closure of PVLs is technically feasible and a safe
treatment modality, which could be regarded as a promising
alternative to surgery in patients with high surgical risk.
