Abstract
A 28-year-old female patient with a history of sleeve gastrectomy presented to the emergency department with progressively worsening lower back and leg pain. The pain was described as a constant dull ache, exacerbated by movement and relieved by rest. She also reported occasional numbness and tingling in her right leg. The patient was infertile and had a history of infertility treatment. The patient’s clinical presentation and laboratory findings were unique, prompting an abdominal CT scan to evaluate for potential acute pathologies. After a non-specific clinical presentation and laboratory findings, an abdominal CT scan was acquired to evaluate for potential acute pathologies.
