Overview: It is a pleasure to introduce to you the abstracts submitted to the 2025 Kenya Cardiac Society (KCS) Congress. This year’s theme is “Equitable access to cardiovascular health” and the abstract review team under my leadership received a total of 60 quality submissions. On behalf of the KCS executive and review team, I would like to thank all the authors who expressed the desire to share their science with the scientific community through this platform. Abstracts presented as oral talks or posters form a crucial component of the KCS congress program and we are sure that the audience will have a chance to learn a lot from them.
